Will there be an opportunity to buy souvenirs during the trip?
Yes, on most of our tours, there is time to buy small souvenirs or snacks, so it is worth always having local currency in cash with you.
Am I insured during the trip?
Yes, you are covered for accidents during the trip with us, but it's a good idea to have your own insurance for the entire stay you're in Thailand.
Is there a minimum number of participants required for the trip to take place?
Yes, most of our trips require a minimum of 6 participants. However, we always try to be flexible and find a solution that works best for everyone.
How is the price calculated for a child versus an adult?
The price for a child aged 3-10 is discounted, while individuals above 10 years of age pay the regular adult price.
Can I go on a trip if I am over 70 years old?
Yes, you can still go on a trip if you are over 70 years old. However, we do not recommend certain excursions like Phi Phi Islands, Similan Islands, and Surin Islands due to fast boat rides and insurance limitations for individuals aged 70 and above.
Can I go on a trip with a child under 3 years old?
Yes, you can go on a trip with a child under 3 years old on selected tours where infants can participate without additional fees. However, for safety reasons, children under 3 years old cannot join water excursions to Phi Phi Islands, Similan Islands, and Surin Islands. Please contact us to confirm the details before making a reservation.
Do I need to have my passport with me on the trip?
If you are pregnant, it is not recommended to go on water excursions to Phi Phi Islands, Similan Islands, or Surin Islands due to changing weather conditions and insurance restrictions. Please contact us for information on other tours before booking.
Do I need to provide the details of all participants when booking tours?
To make a reservation, we will need:

- name and surname of the person making the reservation

- active phone number

- email address

- name of the tour

- tour date

- number of participants

- name of the hotel for pick up

For certain tours like Phi Phi Islands, Similan Islands, and Surin Islands, we will also need a passport photo for each person for National Parks registration. This is a mandatory requirement to join these tours.
Do I need to have my passport with me on the trip?
You don't need to bring your passport, but it's a good idea to have a photo or copy with you.
Is there air conditioning in the minibus?
Yes, all our vehicles have air conditioning.
Is it really necessary to wear clothing that covers shoulders and knees in Buddhist temples?
Yes, in temples and sacred places in Thailand, it is necessary to wear clothing that covers the knees and shoulders, regardless of gender. We suggest that you can use scarves or saris that are of appropriate length and do not take up much space.
Can I feed and pet the monkeys?
In Thailand, it is not recommended to feed or pet wild animals, including monkeys. This is dangerous for both you and the animals, who may react aggressively or become ill from eating improper food. It is important to respect nature and always maintain a distance from wild animals to avoid unwanted situations. Instead, it is worth admiring them from a safe distance and respecting their natural living environment.
